We felt truly welcomed when they remembered us and put chocolates in our new room after we stayed an extra night. The place was so clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was crucial in such humid conditions!

It wasn’t inexpensive, but considering the quality, it was definitely reasonable.

Clean and fresh ambience

The verandah area outside the window offered a quiet spot to relax after a day of exploring.

Located on the edge of a heavily used street, there was a lot of noise from trucks, motorcycles, and barking dogs that lingered late into the night. Parking was a hassle, requiring advance notice to avoid being blocked in. Additionally, while the smaller room was comfortable enough, it was surprising to pay the price of a larger room for the night.

First off, the Danish pastries at Heladeria Buen Rollo were a game-changer—absolutely delicious! Oh, and the staff was super accommodating, storing our luggage while we hit up Corcovado!

Sure, a part of the shower head came off, but they fixed it pronto! Just a little water ‘adventure’ didn’t dampen my stay at all.

The room was nice, but poor noise insulation from outside kept us awake.

For a budget-friendly escape, this gem delivers! The warm hospitality from the lovely sisters who manage the place added a personal touch. Rooms are pristine, equipped with hot water and excellent air conditioning. Plus, the vibrant location puts you steps away from the pier and local eateries. Truly a great choice!

I loved the option to make my own coffee in the shared kitchen while I relaxed on the balcony during a rainstorm. The staff was really helpful, helping me with tour bookings and recommendations for nearby restaurants.

the location is decent, but prepare for truck noise and a cacophony of barking dogs—really fabulous, right? I also lost my shirt in laundry, and the staff didn't assume responsibility until I made a fuss. A complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience would’ve been nice. I almost wrote a great review, but just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

Staff offers exceptional friendly service, even providing luggage storage while I ventured into Corcovado national park. The shared kitchen was convenient. however, noise from the road could be disruptive at times, and while the air conditioning was efficient, some rooms lacked sound insulation. It's a pleasant spot, but be prepared for occasional disturbances.
